Náhodné otravy v přednemocniční péči

Accidental intoxications in pre-hospital care.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou náhodných otrav v přednemocniční péči, kdy nešlo o suicidální pokus, ale o náhodu. V práci jsou rozebrány možnosti posádky rychlé zdravotnické pomoci (RZP) při řešení této problematiky, nejčastěji se vyskytující noxy, jejich klinické příznaky a terapie. Součástí práce je výzkum mapující náhodné otravy v krajích Vysočina a Pardubický kraj.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's work is focused on a topic of accidental intoxications in the pre-hospital care which weren't a suicide attempt, but just a coincidence. This work discusses the EMS crew's options for dealing with such accidents as well as the most common noxious agents, their clinical symptoms and ways of treatment.
