Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací webového sídla. Dotýká se především témat spojených s uživatelskou zkušeností a s designem zaměřeným na uživatele. Součástí procesu redesignu je využito uživatelské testování, které v kombinaci s polostrukturovaným rozhovorem poskytuje jak kvalitativní, tak i kvantitativní data. The master's thesis focuses on the optimization of a website. It primarily deals with the user experience associated with user-centered design. The redesign process includes user testing, which, in combination with semi-structured interviews, provides both qualitative and quantitative data.
