Forms of tangible and intangible employee's stimulation

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá hmotnými a nehmotnými stimulacemi zaměstnanců. Popsány jsou oblasti mzdové struktury, zaměstnaneckých výhod a ostatních forem motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem je ukázat důležitost těchto aktivit, jejich výsledky a propojení na produktivitu celé společnosti a atmosféru podporující efektivní plnění strategických cílů. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými postupy a náměty pro uvedené oblasti. Poskytuje informace o tom, jak by měly být systémy nastaveny a procesy fungovat v praxi. Druhá kapitola popisuje způsoby získávání informací, zdroje a metody získání poznatků pro praktickou část. Třetí kapitola se již zabývá praktickou stránkou v konkrétní firmě. Jedná se o reálný pohled prozkoumaných procesů, které ve společnosti fungují v momentě psaní práce a zároveň doplnění či upřesnění v případě, že dochází v průběhu tvorby práce k nějaké změně. Průběžně jsou daná fakta podpořena vlastním názorem a doplněna pozitivním či negativním komentářem. Ve čtvrté kapitole se nabízí soubor návrhů a doporučení, které vznikaly v průběhu dlouhodobé analýzy situace. Snahou je nabídnout řešení tam, kde se nachází prostor pro zlepšení nebo změnu, ale také návrhy nových koncepcí tam, kde je potřeba. Závěr pak krátce shrnuje celou práci.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with tangible and intangible employee´s stimulations. There are areas of wage structure, employee´s benefits and other forms of employee´s motivation described. The target is to show the importance of those activities, it´s results and link to the productivity of whole company and atmosphere supporting of the effective strategic targets performing. The thesis is divided into the 4 captures. First capture deals with theoretical procedures and topics in given areas. Provides information about setting up the system and how should work the processes in practice. Second capture contains ways of getting the information, recourses and methods of getting knowledge for practical part. Third one has already described practical aspect in real company. This is about real view of the explored processes working in the company at the moment of writing of the thesis and at the same time completion or specification in case of changes during the time of creation. Ongoing are that facts supported by own opinion and fulfilled by positive or negative comment. In the fourth capture is offered file of suggestions and recommendations which came into being during the long analysis of the situation. Offers the solution in places where are the gaps for improvement or change, but also suggestions of the new conceptions where´s needed. Conclusion summarizes whole thesis.
