Abstract:
Diplomová práce podrobně dokumentuje a z hlediska obsahu hodnotí činnost a výstupy projektu Libdesign, který se zabýval designovým myšlením a designem služeb a jejich využitím v prostředí knihoven. Práce se věnuje také obecným charakteristikám obou přístupů a konkrétním příkladům ze zahraničních a českých knihoven.
Abstract:
This master thesis presents and analyzes outcomes and activities of the Libdesign project. Project was focused on the application of design thinking and service design in libraries. Thesis also deals with a theoretical back-ground of these approaches and presents several examples of their use in both Czech and foreign libraries.
