Předmětem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je provedení analýzy společnosti Montpetrol, spol. s r.o. a navržení strategie dalšího směřování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The goal of the bachelor thesis “Strategic analysis of an enterprise” is an elaboration of analysis of the enterprise Montpetrol, spol. s r.o. and suggests strategy for its further development.
