Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje management lidských zdrojů, definici a podstatu, dále jednotlivé personální činnosti a motivaci zaměstnanců. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a analyzovat, co lidi nejvíce motivuje, jaké faktory a prvky mají největší vliv na jejich motivaci a pracovní výkon.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the management of human resources, definition and essence, as well as individual personnel activities and motivation of employees. The aim of the practical part is to find out and analyze what motivates people the most, what factors and elements have the greatest impact on their motivation and work performance.
