Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení lidských zdrojů na Městském úřadu v Čáslavi s cílem zhodnotit vliv uplatňovaných postupů řízení lidských zdrojů na plnění funkcí úřadu a uspokojování potřeb občanů.
