Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření v nelékařských profesích, především se zaměřením na všeobecné sestry. V teoretické části je charakterizována problematika stresu s následnou problematikou syndromu vyhoření. Abstract:
Diploma is about the burnout syndrome in non-medical professions, especially with focus on nurses. The theoretical part is characterized by the issue of stress with subsequent problems of burnout syndrome.
