Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací zdrojů a bariér v komunikaci na pracovišti. Cílem práce je kvalitativní metodou zjistit a detailně popsat, jak je vnímána funkční komunikace na pracovišti a co ji ovlivňuje. This master's thesis deals with the identification of sources and barriers of communi-cation in the workplace. The aim of the thesis is to use a qualitative method to find out and describe in detail how perceived functional communication in the workplace and what influences it.
