Návrh na změnu organizační kultury v podniku

A draft amendment to the organizational culture within the company
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza stávající organizační kultury ve sledovaném podniku. Náplní teoretické části jsou obecné charakteristiky organizační kultury, její vliv na výkonnost podniku, metody diagnostiky a utváření žádoucí organizační kultury. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor work is an analysis of an existing organizational culture in the monitored company. The theoretical part is devoted to the general characteristics of organizational culture and its impact on business performance, methods of diagnosis and creating appropriate organizational culture. In the practical part the results of the research are evaluated.
