Predmetom diplomovej práce "Komparácia postojov Spojených štátov amerických a Európskej únie v oblasti klimatických zmien" je analýza postojov EÚ a USA v oblasti zmeny klímy. Právny rámec, o ktorý sa práca opiera je tvorený Kjótskym protokolom. Časový rozsah skúmaného obdobia je približne desať rokov (1997-2007).
