Use of the European Structural and Investments Funds within funded organization managed by the municipalities with authorized municipal office

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využívání Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů příspěvkovými organizacemi zřízenými Obcemi II. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký přístup mají organizace k jejich využívání a jak je jejich čerpání navázáno na strategické řízení. Sběr informací probíhal na základě řízených rozhovorů s řediteli vybraných organizací a výsledky ukazují, že Evropské strukturální a investiční fondy nejsou pro zmíněné organizace prioritním finančním zdrojem. Mnoho organizací tento zdroj pro svůj rozvoj vůbec nevyužívá. Důvody nevyužívání se u jednotlivých organizací různí stejně tak, jako jejich přístupy ke zmíněným fondům a k samotnému strategickému řízení. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení, která byla zpracována na základě výsledků zjištěných informací od organizací.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the Use of European Structural and Investment Funds by contributory organizations established by Municipalities II. The aim was to find out what approach organizations have to their use and how their drawing is linked to strategic management. The evaluation of the information was carried out on the basis of controlled interviews with the directors of selected organizations and the results show that the European Structural and Investment Funds are not a priority source of funding for these organizations. Many organizations do not use this resource for their development at all. The reasons for non-use vary from organization to organization, as do their approaches to these funds and to the strategic management itself. At the end of the work, recommendations are proposed, which were processed based on the results of information obtained from organizations.
