Complex Individual Care for the Family after Birth of a Child with Disabilities

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je vytvoření systému komplexní individuální péče pro rodiny ihned po narození dítěte s postižením. Práce se proto zaměřuje na rodiny, které se po narození dítěte s postižením rozpadly. Je rozdělena do dvou celků. V části teoretické se věnuje problematice přijetí dítěte s postižením, zaměřuje se na včasnou a komplexní rodinnou terapii, poradenskou práci v oblasti sociální, sociálně ekonomické, a v oblasti legislativní. Cílem druhé praktické části je na základě provedených rozhovorů zjistit příčiny rozpadu rodiny po narození dítěte s postižením. Na základě výsledků výzkumu navrhnout individuální efektivní pomoc, služby a komplexní podporu rodinám, kde zůstává dítě s postižením v domácí péči, posílit rodinu, manželství a zamezit tím rozpadu manželství, izolaci a sociálnímu vyloučení.

Abstract:

The theme of the Master thesis is a creation of a comprehensive individual system of care for families after the birth of a child with a disability. The thesis is focused on family breakdown after the birth of a child with disability and is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the issue of acceptance of a child with disability, comprehensive family psychotherapy and advisory work in social, social economic and legislative area. The second part is practical. Based on interviews it aims to find the cause of family breakdown after the birth of a child with disability and based of research to suggest ways of preventing this by offering effective individual help, service and comprehensive support to families with a child with disability which would strengthen the family and avoid its isolation and social exclusion.
