Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zmapovat pracovní spokojenost v reálné společnosti a posoudit, zda pracovní spokojenost souvisí s osobnostními charakteristikami. Pro tento účel byly zvoleny dimenze neuroticismu, extraverze, otevřenosti vůči zkušenosti, přívětivosti a svědomitosti. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyse job satisfaction in real organization and review if job satisfaction relates to personality traits. We selected neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness for this purpose.
