Abstract:

Tématem mé absolventské práce je Terénní sociální práce s romskými klienty. V této práci zjiš-ťuji odpověď na výzkumnou otázku: „V čem vidí terénní sociální pracovníci specifika prá-ce s romskými klienty a jak vnímají romští klienti poskytované služby?“ Moje práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol a šesti podkapitol. První kapitola se věnuje romskému etniku a zahr-nuje charakteristiku romského etnika, postavení Romů v české společnosti, popisuje tradice, hodnoty a rodinné role romské rodiny, zahrnuje i nejčastější problémy Romů, kde je zmíněná oblast předlužení, bydlení, nezaměstnanost a vzdělání a tuto kapitolu uzavírá sociální vylouče-ní. Druhá hlavní kapitola zahrnuje definici a klíčové pojmy sociální práce, dále terénní sociální práce, popisuje konkrétně specifika terénní sociální práce s romskými klienty, kde je opět zmí- něna oblast zadlužení, bydlení, nezaměstnanosti a vzdělání. Toto kapitolu uzavírá osobnost sociálního pracovníka. Praktickou část absolventské práce tvoří metodologie a analýza a inter-pretace získaných dat. Pro svůj výzkum jsem zvolila kvalitativní metodu, jako nástroj sběru dat polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Metodologickou část tvoří výzkumná otázka, konceptualiza-ce, dále výzkumný vzorek a vlastní zkoumání. Analýza hledá odpověď na výzkumnou otázku, která zní: „V čem vidí terénní sociální pracovníci specifika práce s romskými klienty a jak vnímají romští klienti poskytované služby?“ Z provedeného výzkumu vyplynula hlavní specifika práce, a to specifické oblasti pomoci rom-ským klientům, což je oblast bydlení, zadlužení, zaměstnanosti, dávek a případně vzdělání. Specifickými nároky na terénního sociálního pracovníka jsou komunikační dovednosti, organi-zační schopnosti, trpělivost, empatie, schopnost pracovat v rušivých podmínkách a nárok na psychickou odolnost. Klienti jsou spokojení s poskytovanou službou, oceňují pomoc pracovní-ků s dluhy a ocenili by doplnění dluhové poradny v rámci služby, kurzy českého jazyka a větší možnosti pomoci pracovníků v oblasti bydlení. Abstract:

The theme of my graduate thesis is Field Social Work with Roma clients. In this work, I find the answer to the research question: "How do field social workers see the specifics of working with Roma clients and how do Roma clients perceive the services provided?" My work consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of two main chapters and six subchapter. The first chapter deals with the Roma ethnicity and includes the characteristics of the Roma ethnicity, the position of Roma in Czech society, describes the traditions, values and family roles of the Roma family, includes the most common problems of roma, where the area of over-indentation, housing, unemployment and education is mentioned, and this chapter concludes with social outlandishness. The second main chapter includes the definition and key concepts of social work, as well as field social work, describing specifically the specifics of field social work with Roma clients, where debt, housing, unemployment and education are again addressed. This chapter concludes with the personality of the social worker. The practical part of the graduate thesis consists of methodo-logy and analysis and inter-pretation of the obtained data. For my research, I chose a qualita-tive method, as a tool for collecting data semi-structured conversation. The methodological part consists of a research question, a conceptual analysis, a research sample and self-examination. The analysis seeks an answer to the research question, which is: "What do field social workers see the specifics of working with Roma clients and how do Roma clients perceive the services provided?" The research carried out revealed the main specificities of the work, which is the specific areas of assistance to Roma clients, which is the areas of housing, debt, employment, benefits and, where appropriate, education. Specific demands on the field social worker are communication skills, organizational skills, patience, empathy, ability to work in disturbing conditions and the right to mental resilience. Clients are satisfied with the service provided, appreciate the help of work-related workers with debts and would appreciate the addition of debt counselling within the service, Czech language courses and greater possibilities for assistance of workers in the field of housing.
