The Comparison of Core-cut Biopsy to Definitive Surgical Biopsy in Breast Carcinoma in Term of Hormone Receptors.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vyšetřování hormonálních receptorů metodou imunohistochemickou u pacientek s karcinomem prsu, které se podrobily jak punkční core-cut biopsii, tak definitivní operační biopsii s vyšetřením obou vzorků ve stejné laboratoři. Cílem bylo porovnat výsledky imunohistochemického vyšetření u souboru náhodně vybraných pacientek z mnoha hledisek od správného odběru materiálu až po dodržení správné laboratorní praxe, srovnat procentuální shodu obou vyšetření a v případě diskrepance interpretovat možné důvody rozdílných výsledků.

Abstract:

The bachelor dissertation is concentrated to problems of the investigation of hormone receptors in breast carcinoma of women, whose undergone both core-cut biopsy ans definitive postoperative biopsy, examinated in the same bioptic laboratory. The aim of the work was the comparisson of the results of imunohistochemical status of breast carcinoma in a group of haphazard chosen pacients in many aspects from the accurate material withdrawal up to maintainance of correct laboratory procedure, as so as to compare the correspondence of results in both specimens, and to interpret possible reasons of eventual discrepance.
