Tato práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v podniku. Práce je zaměřena na konkrétní podnik Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. Teoretická část je věnována jednotlivým definicím řízení lidských zdrojů a všemi fázemi řízení (plánování, získávání, výběr, adaptace, motivace a hodnocení pracovníků).
