The presented bachelor's thesis entitled "Illegal termination of em-ployment under the Civil Service Act and its consequences" aims to analyze the illegal termination of employment, which is enshrined in § 75 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., On state service, as amended, and the con-sequences thereof.
