Diplomová práce je zaměřená na mapování hodnotového toku výrobku ve společnosti Zálesí a.s. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti štíhlého podniku, štíhlé výroby a mapování hodnotového toku. Metoda mapování toku se snaží identifikovat a popsat proces, kdy je výrobku přidávána hodnota, odhaluje plýtvání a snaží se zvýšit výkonnost a efektivnost. V návaznosti na teoretickou …more

The thesis is focused on mapping the value stream of product Zálesí. Theoretical part of the fundamental concepts of lean enterprise, lean manufacturing and value stream mapping. Flow mapping method seeks to identify and describe the process by which the value added product, exposes the waste and aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
