Abstract:
Práce obsahuje přehled o současném dění v problematice rovných příležitostí v zaměstnanosti mužů a žen nejen v ČR, ale i v Evropě. Zabývá se důvody nezaměstnanosti a jejímy důsledky, posunem ve vnímání mužských a ženských rolí a možnostmi řešení stávající situace.
