Cílem této práce byla separace aminopurinů (adenin, 2-aminopurin a 2,6-diaminopurin), aromatických aminopurinů (6-benzylaminopurin, chloro a methoxy deriváty benzylaminopurinu) a krátkých oligonukleotidů obsahující cytosin (dcmp, dC3, dC6 a dC9) metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s reverzní fází (RP-HPLC). Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was separation of aminopurines (adenine, 2-aminopurine and 2,6-diaminopurine), aromatic aminopurines (6-benzylaminopurine, chloro and methoxy derivatives of benzylaminopurines) and short oligonucleotides containing cytosine (dmp, dC3, dC6 and dC9) by Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) method.
