Vztah mezi českou společností a národnostními menšinami je často diskutovaný. V práci jsou představeny tři nejpočetnější tradiční historické menšiny -- Romové, Slováci a Poláci, a tři zástupci nejpočetnějších nových menšin -- Vietnamci, Ukrajinci a Rusové, které se zde rozrostly vlivem globalizace a sílící migrace. The relantionship between czech society and national minority is discussed very often. In my bachelor thesis are presented three largest traditional historical minorities - Roma, Slovaks, Poles, and three largest new minorities -- Vietnamese, Ukrainians and Russians, who have grown by the influence od globalization and growing migration.
