Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat metody výběrového řízení užívané v konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu procesu náboru (tedy např. získávání kandidátů a jejich výběru), konkrétně pak popisuje metody a postupy. This bachelor thesis aims to analyze methods of selection process used in a specific company. Theoretical part describes the recruitment process e.g. sourcing, selection (specifically focuses on on selection methods).
