Abstract:

Jako téma mé diplomové práce jsem si zvolila Získávání a výběr pracovníků ve vybraném podniku a následné činnosti související se začleněním do pracovního procesu. Téma jsem aplikovala na společnost GE Money bank. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury. Práce začíná uvedením do problematiky personalistiky. Dále se věnuji zdrojům a metodám získávání pracovníků, následnému výběru a také adaptaci po přijetí nového pracovníka. Praktická část analyzuje popis výběrových řízení konaných v GE Money bank. Konkrétně se věnuji zejména assessment centeru, jelikož právě tato metoda výběru je v dané bance využívána. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit celý proces získávání, výběru a adaptace pracovníků a navrhnout změny, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení řízení v této oblasti.

Abstract:

The subjekt of my thesis I chose Recruitment and selection of employees in a particular company and follow-up activities related to the integration into the workforce. The theme I applied to GE Money Bank. The theoretical part is based on the scientific literature. The work begins with an introduction of human resources. Then I describe resources and methods of recruitment, selection and subsequent adaptation after the new worker. The practical part analyzes the description of competitions held at GE Money Bank. Specifically, I focus particularly Assessment Center, as it is this method of selection is used in the bank. The aim is to analyze and evaluate the whole process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of workers and suggest changes that could help to improve management in this area.
