Abstract:
Bakalářská prace s názvem Komunikace ve službách je zaměřena na zkoumaní a analýzu osobnosti v rámce služeb se zaměřením na psychologické aspekty. Bakalářská prace obsahuje vymezeni pojmu komunikace, druhy komunikace mezi lidmi. V teoretické části rozebírám psychologické kompetence specialisty v oblasti služeb. V praktické částí jsem analyzuji komunikace uvnitř hotelu Aurora.

The bachelor's thesis entiteld Communication in services is focused on the research and analysis of personality in the framework of services with a focus on psychological aspects.
