The first book of the Good soldier Svejk in French translation
Abstract:
This thesis compares two translations of the first volume of the Good soldier Svejk, written by Jindrich Horejsi and Benoit Meunier. The thesis analyzes mainly the stylisation of the spoken language and the translation of cultural references.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním dvou překladů prvního dílu Osudů dobrého vojáka Švejka do francouzštiny, od Jinřicha Hořejšího a Benoita Meuniera. Předmětem analýzy je zejména stylizace mluvené řeči a také překlad kulturních a dobových referencí.
