Benefits in the organization as a motivational factor in the work process
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem „benefity v organizaci jako motivační faktor v pracovním procesu“. Teoretická část analyzuje formy benefitů poskytovaných zaměstnancům a jejich dopad na pracovní výkon. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem ve fiktivní společnosti a návrhem nového řešení v rámci poskytování benefitů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of „benefits in the organization as a motivational factor in the work process“. The theoretical part analyzes the forms of benefits provided to employees and their impact on work performance. The practical part deals with research in a fictitious company and the proposal of new solution within the framework of the provision of benefits.
