Abstract:
Exosomy jsou membránové extracelulární vezikuly transportující proteiny, lipidy, RNA i DNA. Kromě fyziologických funkcí se podílejí i na patologických procesech, například rakovině. Exosomy odvozené z rakoviny vaječníku mohou přispívat k tvorbě vhodného mikroprostředí, což napomáhá šíření tumorů. Abstract:
Exosomes are membranous extracellular vesicles identified as transporters of proteins, lipids, RNAs and DNA. Exosomes are involved not only in physiological functions but also in the pathological conditions such as cancer.
