Tato diplomová práce se věnuje generální klauzuli v obchodním zákoníku v platném a účinném znění. Cílem práce je provedení právního rozboru této generální klauzule, a to ve třech částech věnujících se jejím jednotlivým znakům. This diploma thesis is devoted to the general clause in the Commercial Code, and in its valid and effective amendments. The aim is to perform the legal analysis of the general clause, in three parts dealing with the individual characters.
