Předmětem diplomové práce „Spotřebitelský průzkum na trase Brno- Praha“ je zjistit vliv konkurence na dopravní chování zákazníků. V první části práce se výzkum zaměří na rešerši literatury v oblasti konkurence na železnicích a průzkumy spokojenosti spotřebitelů. The goal of the submitted thesis: “Consumer survey on rail line: Brno - Prague” is to determine the impact of competition on customer behavior. In the first part of the thesis, the research will focus on literature research in the field of railway competition and consumer satisfaction surveys.
