Development of communication skills for pupils with autistic spectrum disorders at special primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Rozvoj komunikačních dovedností u žáků s poruchami autistického spektra na základní škole speciální analyzuje vývoj komunikačních dovedností u vybraných žáků s poruchou autistického spektra na dané speciální základní škole. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici, etiologii a historii poruch autistického spektra. Popisuje formy a způsoby vzdělávání na základní škole speciální, metody práce s žáky s poruchami autistického spektra a definuje prvky alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku zkoumaných žáků, popisuje úroveň jejich komunikačních dovedností na začátku školní docházky a na konci výzkumného šetření, dále také popisuje průběh nácviku komunikačních dovedností. V závěru práce je popsán posun ve vývoji zkoumané oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis: The Development of the Communicative Skills in Pupils with the Autistic-Spectrum Disorders at a Special Primary School analysis the development of the communicative skills in the chosen pupils with the Autistic-Spectre Disorder at the certain special primary school. Its theoretical part focuses on the definitions, ethology and history of the Autistic-Spectre Disorders. It described the forms of education at the primary school, the special working methods for the pupils with the Autistic-Spectre Disorders and it defines the features of the alternative and augmentative communication. Its practical part contains the characteristics of the researched pupils and describes their communicative-skill level at the beginning of the school attendance and at the end of the research, further on it describes the course of communicative-skill training. In the conclusion of the thesis, the shift in the development of the researched area is described.
