Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu gender, gender role a teorie a genderové stereotypy a jejich vliv na rozdělení domácích prací mezi partnery. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na příčiny rozdílů ve vykonávání domácích prací v neprospěch žen a zkoumá zapojení mužů a žen do jednotlivých odvětví domácí práce a managingu domácího života. Domácí práce totiž vykonávají stále zejména ženy, muži se však více či méně zapojují také.Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak velké je toto zapojení v dnešní době, která se pyšní svou rovnocenností mezi partnery.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the notion of gender , gender roles and gender stereotypes and theories and their influence on the division of housework between partners. This thesis is focused on the causes of differences in the performance of domestic work to the detriment of women and explores the involvement of men and women in domestic work sector and managing domestic life. Domestic work is still performed mainly women , but men are more or less involved too.The objective of thesis is to determine how big this connection today , which boasts its equivalent between partners.
