Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „ Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera“ je v teoretické části práce vymezení pojmu etický kodex obecně a určení jeho významu pro manažerskou profesi. V aplikační části pak zjištěné poznatky analyzovat na konkrétním případě. A to na občanském sdružení se sídlem v Kardašově Řečici.
