Stress as One of the Risk Factors of Hypertension Development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hypertenze v souvislosti se stresem. V teo-retické části je popsána hypertenze, psychosociální faktory, které mohou mít vliv na naše zdraví, a stres. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda jsou respondenti vystaveni zátěži, která může přerůst ve zdraví ohrožující míru stresu a zda respondenti vnímají hypertenzi jako riziko pro své zdraví, které může být způsobeno stresem jako rizikovým faktorem. Za tímto účelem bude zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření, kdy dotazník bude složen ze dvou částí. První část dotazníku je zaměřena na téma hypertenze a druhá část dotazníku obsahuje standardizovaný test působení zátěže dle Arnda Steina. V závěru bakalářské práce budou výsledky diskutovány.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on hypertension in connection with stress. The theoretical part describes hypertension, psychosocial factors that may affect our health, and stress. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the respondents are exposed to stress, which can grow into unhealthy levels of stress and whether the respondents perceive hypertension as a risk to their health that may be caused by stress as a risk factor. For this purpose, the method questionnaire construction will be chosen, when a questionnaire will be composed of two parts. The first part of questionnaire is focused on hypertension and the second part of the questionnaire includes standardized test load applied according to Arnd Stein. In conclusi-on, the thesis results will be discussed.
