Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována hodnocení a stimulaci zaměstnanců se zaměřením na jeho propojení s lepšími výkony. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě studia související odborné literatury a vlastního šetření posoudit proces hodnocení zaměstnanců a účinnost nástrojů jejich stimulace ve zkoumané firmě s výsledným návrhem opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení systému personálního řízení. Pro účely splnění hlavního cíle byla provedena analýza aktuálně nastaveného systému hodnocení existujícího v akciové společnosti, proběhlo dotazníkového šetření mezi řadovými zaměstnanci obchodní korporace a nakonec byly uskutečněny řízené rozhovory s manažery. V práci se dospělo k závěru, že systém hodnocení je rozhodně nastaven, jedná se o hodnocení vycházející z operativního průběžného stylu a z hodnocení, které je značně formální a je prováděno jednou ročně. Právě na výsledky ročního hodnocení navazují firemní odměny. Firma nabízí širokou škálu pracovních benefitů, hodnocení probíhá jednou ročně, navíc existuje prvek neformálního hodnocení, avšak zaměstnanci mají nízké povědomí o všech pracovních benefitech, zdrojem informace ohledně systému hodnocení jsou hlavně kolegové, větší spokojenost s nastavením systém hodnocení a jeho transparentností mají služebně starší zaměstnanci, zaměstnanci si nejsou jistí s dalším způsobem nakládání s výsledky jejich hodnocení. Na základě těchto zjištění byla obchodní společnosti definována následující doporučení: zaškolení zaměstnanců o výhodách systému hodnocení, zaškolení zaměstnanců o možnosti obdržení aktuální informace z personálního oddělení, provádět pravidelný monitoring znalosti zaměstnanců procesu hodnocení a jeho přínosů, zavedení hodnocení dvakrát za rok a zajištění vazby na odměnu, zavedení pozice career advisor a nakonec zavedení prvku osobního růstu v procesu hodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the evaluation and stimulation of employees with a focus on its connection with better performance. The main goal of the work is based on the study of related literature and own research to assess the process of evaluating employees and the effectiveness of tools to stimulate them in the surveyed company with the resulting proposal of measures to improve the personnel management system. In order to meet the main goal, an analysis of the currently set evaluation system existing in the joint-stock company was performed, a questionnaire survey was conducted among ordinary employees of the business corporation, and finally controlled interviews were conducted with managers. The thesis concluded that the evaluation system is definitely set, it is an evaluation based on the operational continuous style and evaluation, which is quite formal and is performed once a year. It is the results of the annual evaluation that are followed by company rewards. The company offers a wide range of work benefits, evaluation takes place once a year, in addition there is an element of informal evaluation, but employees have low awareness of all work benefits, the source of information about the evaluation system are mainly colleagues, greater satisfaction with the evaluation system and its transparency , employees are not sure about another way of dealing with the results of their evaluation. Based on these findings, the following recommendations were defined for the company: training employees on the benefits of the evaluation system, training employees on the possibility of receiving current information from the HR department, regularly monitor employees' knowledge of the evaluation process and its benefits, introduce evaluation twice a year and ensure link to remuneration , the introduction of a career advisor position and finally the introduction of an element of personal growth in the evaluation process.
