Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ponúkanými službami hotela Village resort Hanuliak. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je na základe vybraných metód marketingového výskumu zlepšenie vybraných služieb hotela, ktoré pomôžu zvýšiť jeho obsadenosť.
