Abstract:
Infekce lidským papilomavirem je virová infekce patřící k nejčastějším sexuálně přenosným onemocněním v gynekologii. Předpokládá se, že až 80 % populace se během života setká s infekcí HPV. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést stanovení výskytu viru HPV v tkáňových vzorcích z oblasti hlavy, krku, děložního hrdla a vulvy. Abstract:
Human papillomavirus infection is a viral infection, that belongs to the most common sexually transmitted diseases in gynaecology. Supposes to that almost 80 % population will encounter with HPV infection during their lifetime.
