Abstract:

Diploma thesis focuses on the upcoming trend of SPOC (Small Private Online Courses) within the modern form of e-learning. New information and communication technologies create new forms of education. SPOC is to bring education into education, whether in universities or organizations, to facilitate learning and at the same time bring new knowledge to the course participant, which can be transferred to their practical life through SPOC. The aim of this work is to map this upcoming trend in education in small and medium-sized enterprises with technological focus. The research uses quantitative analysis with qualitative elements to explore the use of education in small and medium-sized enterprises of technological focus and possible implementation of SPOC in the area of employee training in companies in the Czech Republic, namely in Brno and the Slovak Republic, in Bratislava. The results presented show that e-learning is part of the training of employees in enterprises, but currently the use of SPOC in companies is unknown.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na nastupujúci trend SPOC (Small Private Online Courses) v rámci modernej formy elektronického vzdelávania. Novými informačnými a komunikačnými technológiami vznikajú nové formy vzdelávania. SPOC má priniesť do vzdelávania či už na univerzitách alebo v organizáciách spôsob vzdelania, ktorý uľahčí samotné vzdelávanie a zároveň prinesie účastníkovi kurzu nové vedomosti, ktoré môže prostredníctvom SPOC preniesť do svojho praktického života. Cieľom práce je zmapovať tento nastupujúci trend vo vzdelávaní v malých a stredne veľkých podnikoch technologického zamerania. Výskum využíva kvantitatívnu analýzu s kvalitatívnymi prvkami ku skúmaniu využitia vzdelávania v malých a stredných podnikoch technologického zamerania a možnej implementácie SPOC do oblasti vzdelávania zamestnancov vo firmách na území Českej republiky, konkrétne v Brne a na území Slovenskej republiky, v Bratislave. Predložené výsledky ukazujú, že elektronické vzdelávanie tvorí súčasť vzdelávania zamestnancov v podnikoch, avšak v súčasnosti využitie SPOC vo firmách nie známe.
