Abstract:

Cílem této práce je určit vztah mezilidských vztahů s kvalitou života občanů Ústí nad Labem. Je zkoumán vztah počtu dětí s kvalitou života, vztah partnerství s kvalitou života a vztah času stráveného s přáteli s kvalitou života. Pod pojem "kvalita života" se v této práci řadí životní spokojenost, fyzické zdraví a psychické zdraví. Předchozí studie zabývající se ekonomií štěstí poukazují na to, že mezilidské vztahy jsou důležitým faktorem životní spokojenosti. Primární data byla získána od občanů Ústí nad Labem pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Data byla následně vyhodnocena pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a regresní analýzy. Výsledky poukazují na negativní vztah mezi životem bez partnera a životní spokojeností. Co se týče rozdílu mezi manželstvím a nesezdaným partnerstvím, nebyl v této práci nalezen významný rozdíl v kvalitě života. Výsledky také neprokázaly vztah času stráveného s přáteli s kvalitou života. Pozitivní vztah mezi počtem dětí a životní spokojeností existuje u mužů. Výsledky práce mohou pomoci lidem identifikovat faktory štěstí, které mohou být odlišné od toho, co si sami myslí. Po uvědomění faktorů ovlivňující pocit štěstí mohou lidé přehodnotit své priority. Důsledkem následné reprioritizace může být zvýšení pocitu štěstí dané sociální skupiny s udržením stejných nákladů, tj. přiblížení se pareto-optimálního stavu. Z důvodů různorodosti výsledků jiných studií může být tato práce využita jako skromný příspěvek v této oblasti a přinést podněty pro další výzkum.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and the quality of life of citizens of Ústí nad Labem. This work examines relationship of the number of children with the quality of life, the relationship of partnership with the quality of life and the relationship of time spent with friends with the quality of life. The term "quality of life" in this work includes life satisfaction, physical health and mental health. Previous studies on the economics of happiness have shown that interpersonal relationships are an important factor in life satisfaction. Primary data were obtained from citizens of Ústí nad Labem using a questionnaire survey. The data were then evaluated by descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results point to a negative relationship between living without a partner and life satisfaction. Regarding the difference between marriage and unmarried partnership, no significant difference in quality of life was found in this work. The results also did not show a relationship between time spent with friends and quality of life. There is a positive relationship between the number of children and men's life satisfaction. The results of the work can help people identify factors of happiness that may be different from what they think. After realizing the factors influencing the feeling of happiness, people can reconsider their priorities. The consequence of subsequent reprioritization can be an increase in the feeling of happiness of a given social group while maintaining the same costs, ie approaching the pareto-optimal state. Due to the diversity of results of other studies, this work can be used as a modest contribution in this area and provide impetus for further research.
