Cílem této práce je bližší seznámení s problematikou hypotečních úvěrů a jejich zajištění. Vysvětluje základní pojmy používané v této oblasti, sleduje vývoj hypotečního trhu v návaznosti na ekonomickou situaci v zemi a především se snaží objasnit oceňování nemovitostí pro zajištění úvěru, jejich postupy a metody, které vedou ke stanovení tržní hodnoty nemovitosti.
