Cílem práce je posoudit, zda Írán porušil své závazky vyplývající ze Smlouvy o nešíření jaderných zbraní a souvisejícího systému záruk. Práce nejprve nastiňuje historické a politické souvislosti včetně diplomatických jednání vedených s Íránem. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to assess whether Iran has violated its obligations arising from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and related safeguards system.
