The analysis of sales information support services in the ICT SKODA, Ltd.
Abstract:
Projekt diplomové práce se zabývá analýzou informačních zdrojů a systému pro oblast podpory prodeje ICT služeb v podniku Škoda ICT, s. r. o. Definování základních pojmů ? ICT, outsourcing služeb ICT, marketingový informační systém a provedení analýz současného stavu, informačních zdrojů, ze kterých budou vycházet návrhy doporučení na marketingový informační systém.
Abstract:
The project thesis deals with the analysis of information sources and systems for the sales support of ICT services in the Skoda ICT Ltd. Defining the basic concepts - ICT, outsourcing of ICT services, marketing information system and analysis of the current state of information sources from which the draft recommendations based on marketing information system.
