Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje trestu jako takovému, výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, programu zacházení a standardizovanému programu GREPP, který je koncipován pro muže, odsouzené za násilné trestné činy na dětech. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with punishment as such, imprisonment, treatment programs and standardized GREPP program, which is designed for a man convicted of violent crimes against children. It is described in greater detail, where, how and why they are convicted mentioned works.
