Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou zaměstnanců v sociálních službách. Hlavním cílem je vnímání ochrany zaměstnanců domova se zvláštním režimem a jak vnímá ochranu skupina profesí pracovníků v sociálních službách a sociálních pracovníků. The bachelor thesis deals with the protection of employees in social services. The main goal is to find out how they perceive the protection of employees of a home with a special regime.
