Ve své diplomové práci se jsem se zabýval systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků v České pojišťovně a.s. Toto téma jsem si vybral záměrně, jelikož již několik let pracuji v této organizaci a se systémem hodnocení se zde setkávám. In meiner Diplomarbeit widme ich mich dem Bewertungsystem und der Belohnung der Mitarbiter in der Tschechischen Versicherungsanstalt. Dieses Thema waehlte ich absichtlich, weil ich schon einige Jahre in dieser Organisation arbeite und dieses System kenne.
