Perpetrators of sexual crime in cyberspace

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pachatelů mravnostní kriminality na internetu. V teoretické části jsou jako první popsány základní pojmy, které souvisejí s touto problematikou a jsou důležité pro definici tohoto typu kriminality. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy mravnostní kriminality v kyberprostoru a následně je zde mravnostní kyberkriminalita představena z hlediska trestně-právního, s doplněním o praktické příklady trestných činů. Hlavní důraz je kladen na část, kde je představena typologie pachatelů vybraných druhů mravnostní kriminality v kyberprostoru a kde jsou vymezena prostředí, ve kterých se pachatelé mravnostní kyberkriminality pohybují a kde páchají své delikty. V praktické části je představeno a vyhodnoceno anketní šetření, při kterém probíhal výběr vzorku metodou sněhové koule. Sesbírané výsledky jsou následně vyobrazeny pomocí grafů a tabulek a interpretovány.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the topic of perpetrators of sexual crime in the cyberspace. Firstly, in the theoretical part, are the basic terms related to this issue and which are important for the definition of this type of crime are described, then the individual types of sexual crime in cyberspace are characterized, then the sexual cybercrime is presented from a criminal law point of view, with the addition of practical examples of these crimes. The main emphasis is placed on the part where the typology of perpetrators of selected types of sexual crime in cyberspace is presented and where the place in which perpetrators of sexual cybercrime operate and where they commit their offenses are defined. In the practical part, a survey is presented and evaluated, in which the sample was selected using the snowball method. The collected results are then displayed using graphs and tables and interpreted.
