Práce se zabývá posledními deseti roky života české královny Konstancie Uherské, tedy jejím vdovstvím. První část práce stručně rekapituluje Konstanciin život před ovdověním. Část zabývající se samotným vdovstvím je pak rozdělena do tří okruhů.
