Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi v malém středním podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny právní pojmy ze zákona o účetnictví, daní z příjmů, českých účetních standardů a vyhlášky, názvosloví a jednotlivé činnosti účetní jednotky podle aktuální právní úpravy. The bachelor's thesis deals with internal guidelines in a small and medium-sized enterprise. The theoretical part explains the legal concepts of the Accounting Act, income taxes, Czech accounting standards and decrees, terminology and individual activities of the entity according to current legislation.
