Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri hlavné časti, teoretickú, praktickú a analytickú. V teoretickej časti sa práca zaoberá ocenením obchodnej hodnoty inač povedané ocenením podniku. Vysvetľuje niekoľko základných pojmov ktoré z ocenením podniku súvisia. V teoretickej časti sa tiež nachádzajú základné metódy ocenenia obchodnej hodnoty.
