Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací teorie řízení lidských zdrojů v praxi vybraného podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě odborných poznatků analyzovat a vyhodnotit situaci řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout případná opatření pro zlepšení dané situace.
